We are committed to complying with all federal, state, local laws, and contractual obligations to our health plans. By completing the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) compliance training, reviewing our Code of Conduct, and signing an attestation, as a provider partner, you are agreeing to uphold yourself to the same standards as YOUnity Medical Affiliate IPA.

 

All providers are required to sign and submit a compliance attestation to YOUnity Medical Affiliate IPA on an annual basis.
